Sathasivan Veerasamy
PARTNER & CEO
Formerly a Patent Examiner with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) for 23 years, he had examined patent applications in chemical and pharmaceutical related fields, medical devices, petrochemical industry, chemical engineering, material science, general mechanical engineering and various other fields.
He has attended specialized training courses and workshops in patent examination in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology conducted by the European Patent Office, Japan Patent Office and Korean Intellectual Property Office.
Having participated in numerous seminars and conferences in various countries including the

World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and complementing with more the two decades of experience in the field of IP.
Sathasivan is involved in providing consultation on all aspects of Intellectual property in the clients’ best interest.
Sathasivan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Science, Malaysia and a Master of Information Science in Competitive Intelligence from the Open University Malaysia and the Aix–Marseille University, France.
He is a Malaysian Registered Patent Agent, Trade Mark Agent and Industrial Design Agent.

Kumaresan holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (Nanotechnology) with Honours from the Multimedia University Malaysia.
He has 6 years of experience in computer networking and infrastructure working in several multinational companies.
He is handling the administration and filing of patents, trademarks and industrial designs, including patent and trademark searches and advising clients on the registration of their IP rights.
S. Kumaresan
PARTNER & DIRECTOR
Kumaresan holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (Nanotechnology) with Honours from the Multimedia University Malaysia.

Dr. Gopikrishnan
DIRECTOR FOR SABAH & SARAWAK
Dr.Gopi holds a medical degree and is enthusiastic about IP. He is handling the filing of patents, trademarks and industrial designs in Sabah and Sarawak, including advising clients on the registration of their IP rights.
